Kids Care and Support Trust (KCST) is a non- profit organization that was registered in December 2003 under the auspices of St Joseph’s Care and Support Trust and became an independent entity in September 2008.
Kids Care and Support Trust renders services to children orphaned or made vulnerable as a result of HIV/AIDS. Most children lose their security when a parent dies and experience a tremendous sense of loss and anxiety, hopelessness and disempowerment.
KCST renders services to children in 3 different peri-urban townships in the greater area of Bronkhorstspruit and Cullinan areas, namely: Rethabiseng, Refilwe, and Zithobeni. These services are provided in order to counteract the devastating effects of HIV/AIDS, focussing on the needs of the most vulnerable children.
The organization reaches over 800 children in the ages of 0-18 who are either infected or affected by HIV and AIDS.

RussellStone Protein has a soya crushing plant in Bronkhorstspruit (Zithobeni). They have been supporting us since 2012.
